Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:        
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 80(CRA)                                                 
"An Act establishing the Department of Natural Resources as the               
platting authority in certain areas of the state; relating to                  
subdivisions and dedications; and providing for an effective date."            
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
80(CRA) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and                 
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
